Dip Moulded Handgrips

CPL hold tooling for a wide range of handgrips along with sleeves in both round and squares sections available in standard and colour matched materials in various grades.

The heading banner on this page shows a variety of grips which are identified below:

FG series (shown in Gey in the image above)
A finger grip style available to fit 15mm, 19mm 23mm, and 25.4mm Diameter

SG series (shown in Red in the image above )
Bulb type grip with Cove's unique spiral flute available to fit 15mm, 19mm 23mm, and 25.4mm Diameter

PG series (shown in Brown, Blue, Buff, Yellow and Black in the image above)
Pram grip type with either full length concentric rings or a mix of concentric rings and a plain section in the middle. We hold tooling for a great many fit sizes and a great many standard and non standard lengths can be produced from this tooling. Please contact us for more details.

Construction Industry Dip Mouldings

We hold tooling to produce Dowel bar sleeves in 12/16/20/25/32mm diameter up to a length of 500mm.
In addition we are tooled for Debonding sleeves in 20/ 25/30/40mm up to a length of 200mm.

Printing

Cove offer a full design and artwork originiation for silk screen or pad printing text and logos. We can accept your artwork in all the standard digital formats.
